Gourmet Hungarian Labneh Snacks

Hozzávalók

Serves 4:
Hajdú Hungarian Labneh to taste
Hajdú Turkish Labneh to taste
1 large rustic baguette bread
1-2 tbsps. ground sweet red pepper
1-2 tbsps. of Zaatar Arabic spice mix
a few drops of olive oil
Fresh parsley
A few cherry tomatoes

Elkészítés

1. Cut four equal slices of the rustic baguette.

2. Smear two slices with the creamy soft Hajdú Turkish Labneh and two with the pleasantly zesty Hajdú Hungarian Labneh.

3. Sprinkle the slices of bread with the Turkish Labneh with the Zaatar Arabic spice mix and drizzle with a few drops of olive oil.

4. Sprinkle the Hungarian Labneh slices lightly with ground red pepper and garnish with fresh parsley.

5. Eat as soon as possible!
