Grilled Cheese Sandwich with Grilled Vegetables

Hozzávalók

2 servings:
2 packets of Hajdú Grilled Cheese
2 pieces of multigrain loaf, baguette or ciabatta
1 carrot
1 zucchini
1 bag of iceberg lettuce
1-2 yellow or red bell peppers
Salt
Pepper
1 clove garlic
1 small can of sour cream
Olive oil

For the garnish:
3-4 heads of potatoes
Salt
Pepper
Rosemary

Elkészítés

1. Clean and slice the carrots, courgettes and peppers.

2. Fry the vegetables in a pan with olive oil and season.

3. In the same pan, fry the halved grilled cheese for a few minutes until golden brown on both sides.

4. In a small bowl, mix the sour cream with the crushed garlic.

5. Cut the pastries in half, brush them with the garlic sour cream and top with the grilled vegetables, fresh iceberg lettuce and grilled cheese.

6. Serve with deep-fried or oven-baked potato wedges seasoned with salt, pepper and rosemary.

7. Enjoy your meal!
