2 servings:
400g of sweet potatoes
1 packet of Hajdú Grilled Cheese
1 packet of frozen green peas
1 packet steak seasoning mix
1. Peel the sweet potatoes, then boil and mash them.
2. Fry the Hajdú Grilled Cheese on a grill grate greased with oil for 3 minutes, turning once, or in a grill pan with a few drops of oil for 3-5 minutes, until golden brown on both sides.
3. Pour the frozen green peas into boiling salted water and cook until tender, 8-10 minutes.
4. Serve the Hajdú Grilled Cheese on top of the mashed sweet potatoes.
