WHO WE ARE
Hajdú was founded in 1989 by Dr. Riad Naboulsi, a Lebanese-Hungarian surgeon-turned-businessman whose love for business began in the old markets of Tripoli. He learned everything he needed to know by shadowing his father, a carpenter, and those treasured lessons are just as valuable today in the world of dairy.
Today, Hajdú is a beloved brand around the world, one that represents the uncompromising, authentic quality of cheeses from the heart of Europe, brought to kitchen tables all around the world for everyone to experience. Our cheeses are made in our own factories in the Hungarian countryside.
We see ourselves as a bridge between East and West: combing the best cheeses, customs and traditions and immovable when it comes to standards of quality.
