Gourmet Spaghetti Bolognese with Kashkawan Cheese

Bolognese spaghetti is the favourite food of so many people around the world. But most people take the easy way out and make it from powder - although it's not really difficult to make it professionally, you just need the right recipe and the right ingredients. We can help you with both! Now we'll tell you our secret to really balancing the flavours and getting the hang of making it.

Ingredients

-1kg minced beef
-500g spaghetti pasta
-1 head of onion
-2-3 cloves of garlic
-70g concentrated tomatoes
-500g tomato puree
-1 tbsp. of sugar
-basil
-mayonnaise
-oregano
-thyme
-salt & pepper
-oil

Preparation

1. Put a pan of water on to boil with oil and salt.

2. Slice the onion and start frying it in the oil.

3. Add the minced meat to the onion and cook, stirring, until white.

4. When the meat is cooked through, add the tomato paste and the concentrated tomatoes.

5. Add the spices: salt, pepper, garlic, sugar. Use the oregano, basil, marjoram and thyme to suit everyone's taste (the secret is that when you think you have too much spice, it will be really tasty, but be careful with the thyme).

6 Let it simmer until the pasta is done.

7. Get the pasta in a bowl, top it with the Bolognese sauce, and top it with as much grated Kashkawan as you’d like. In our opinion, it’s not possible to have too much cheese on pasta. Wouldn’t you agree?
