Want something more delicious for dinner, but you also want to have time to do your workout and watch a movie afterwards? Here's a super recipe that's delicious, easy and won't take the whole night to prepare. Don’t be scared of couscous, trust us, it’s easier to make than rice!

2 cans of natural Hajdú Grilled Cheese
150g couscous
9 cherry tomatoes
1 zucchini
50g of sprouts (e.g. sunflower seed sprouts)
1 lime juice
1 teaspoon green pesto
Olive oil
A few leaves of fresh basil
1. Put the couscous in a saucepan and double the amount of boiling water. Now add the salt, pepper and the freshly squeezed juice of the unmissable lime. You can also add a few drops of olive oil, then cover and leave to stand.
2. Slice or dice the courgettes and fry them in a pan with a little olive oil. Remember to add salt only at the end once it is browned.
3. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half or quarter them.
3. Mix the couscous with the tomatoes and courgettes.
4. Cut the grilled cheese into thin slices, then cook in a hot grill pan or on a grill grate for 3-5 minutes, turning the slices once.
5. Place the finished cheeses on top of the vegetable couscous, then sprinkle with fresh basil, sprouts, or drizzle with a little green pesto.
6. Enjoy your meal!
