For breakfast, what can be better than a Bruschetta? Only two Bruschetta! If you're the type of person who has trouble getting up in the morning, but you know you need a snack before you go to school or work, this recipe is for you.
2 servings:
1 pack of Hajdú Grilled Cheese
2 slices of bread
4 cherry tomatoes
1 clove of garlic
A few drops of olive oil
A pinch of salt
Rocket
1-2 fresh basil leaves (optional)
1. In a grill pan, toast two slices of bread in a little olive oil and rub with garlic.
2. Cut the Hajdú Grilled Cheese in half and divide in thirds to make 6 equal slices.
3. Fry the slices in a little olive oil for 3-5 minutes, turning once, then place on top of the toasted bread slices.
4. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half or dice them and place them on top of the grilled cheese slices. Top with a few sprigs of fresh basil leaves or rocket and enjoy a delicious grilled cheese bruschetta!
