The sandwich with butter and salami is a thing of the past. We'll show you how to jazz up your new favourite sandwich with a few everyday ingredients and you won't even have to wait hours for it to be ready. We recommend it for breakfast, lunch and even dinner!
For 1 sandwich:
-500g multigrain bread, ciabatta or baguette
-4 slices of smoke-flavoured Hajdú Kashkawan cheese
-Hajdú Happy Squares to spread on the sandwich
-4-5 dried tomatoes
-150g chicken breast ham
-50g leaf spinach
-150g chanterelle mushrooms
-2 eggs
-4 tbs. of olive oil
1. Wash and slice the mushrooms. Fry in olive oil, season with salt and pepper to taste.
2. Remove the mushrooms to a plate and sauté the spinach leaves in a little oil.
3. Fry the eggs the way you like them. We recommend leaving the yolk a little runny, but we know that’s not for everyone.
4. Cut the bread in half and spread with the Hajdú Happy Squares.
5. Pack your sandwich with the rest of the ingredients: chicken breast ham, sun-dried tomatoes, Kashkawan cheese, mushrooms, fried eggs and spinach.
6. Finally, place in a preheated oven at 180°C until the cheese is soft.
