Easy to prepare skewers with grilled cheese and watermelon with a twist: spicy seasoning. Do you dare to try it?
4-8 servings:
4 cans of Hajdú Grilled Cheese
1 watermelon
1 handful of leafy cilantro
1 tsp. of ground cinnamon
1 tsp. of cayenne pepper to taste
Ground red pepper to taste
1. Soak 24 wooden skewers in cold water for 30 minutes.
2. Cut the grilled cheese in half lengthwise, then slice into strips, and cut the strips in half to make 16-20 equal slices.
3. Cut the melon into slices to match the cheese.
4 Put the cheese and melon in a bowl and mix well with the spices.
5. Place the cheese and melon on the skewers, alternating two slices of cheese and one slice of melon on each skewer.
6. Cook them on a low grill for 2-3 minutes or in a pan over low heat, possibly with a little oil. Wait until both sides are browned, then serve this refreshing treat!
